Revolutionary eMonitor™ energy management system and RainWise weather station integrated in single system
Boston, MA – November 23, 2010 – Powerhouse Dynamics, provider of the eMonitor, the first intelligent, circuit-level home energy management solution, and RainWise Inc., manufacturer of leading consumer and industrial weather monitoring systems, today announced seamless integration between the eMonitor and RainWise systems. Homeowners with a RainWise weather station and an eMonitor can now see their weather data on any computer at any time, as part of the eMonitor’s unique, consumer focused web interface. The companies also announced that RainWise is now an authorized eMonitor Master Dealer and will sell the integrated solution directly and through its North American dealer network.

The RainWise wireless weather station, which tracks and forecasts temperature, wind speed, wind direction, barometric pressure, rainfall, relative humidity, wind chill, dew point, and more, can now be accessed in real-time on the eMonitor’s web-based dashboard, allowing combined RainWise and eMonitor users to easily monitor both home energy usage and current weather conditions. In addition, eMonitor customers with Solar PV systems can now access location-specific weather data that is important to Solar PV performance, such as ambient temperature and solar irradiation levels.
