eMonitor: How It Works

A simple, scalable, wireless system facilitates
quick installation and integration with multiple devices.

Sensors capture data from every load centrally, inside the electric panels, and send the data wirelessly to the eMonitor Gateway.

The Gateway also connects with wireless thermostats, water and gas meters, temperature sensors, and other sensors and controls.

The data is uploaded to the Powerhouse Dynamics servers where it is processed and analyzed to create actionable intelligence.

The system can be accessed on the eMonitor portal from any browser or on mobile devices.  Alerts and reports are sent via e-mail and SMS.

Up to 45 circuits can be monitored per panel. A single eMonitor Gateway can handle up to 10 electric panels and 50 additional sensors, and multiple Gateways can be deployed.  The system can be used with single phase power and 3-phase power, including both 120V/208V and 277V/480V.
